So, I’ve met a lot of people in the writing community lately, and a lot of people in the autistic community, but where are my asexuals at? Specifically, where are the demisexuals?

I want to meet and get to know some people who aren’t spending their lives waiting for some supermodel to come along, who understand the difference between sexy and sexual. 

You know what’s sexy to me? A sense of humour, and an adorable laugh to go with it, kindness, intelligence, awkwardness, and omg, talent. I don't usually post pictures or even like being in pictures, but i do like showing off my hair when i get it done. Usually it just looks straight, manageable, pretty and normal. And i usually feel better about myself and how i look when i do get my hair done. This time, though, i'm happy to say that what i did with my hair doesn't just make me feel good but also matches how i feel inside. I can think as little about me as i want. But at the end of the day, my sexuality isn't something to be ashamed of. Maybe i don't know what it means to the full extent, but that doesn't make me any less. And it's not something wrong with me. No, it's not a lot of purple; but this part of me isn't necessarily something i have to flaunt. It's just another piece of who i am and i shouldn't have to hide that. So this is me, with my semi-purple hair, being comfortable with who i am, letting people know that, and showing that i exist. I'm an ace girl. And i won't and shouldn't have to hide it.
