A small yelp escaped the young woman at the declaration, nearly jumping out of her skin when she felt fingers began to prod and wiggle against her sides, “EEP!” Unfortunately for her, she didn’t have her haori on so she had one less layer of protection.

She couldn’t stop the laughter than bubbled up from her chest as she grasped at the hands and wrists that the fingers belonged to, her face beginning to flush as she was mercilessly tickled, “M-Mercy! Mercy!”

Zuko presses his lips to Katara’s forehead, her cheek rested against his arm. He’s combing his fingers through her hair, brushing her scalp with his nails.

She hums.

Zuko laughs. “What, does that feel good?” He laces his fingers through the tresses just above the back of her neck and she moans. “I’ll take take that as a ‘yes’.”

Katara’s eyes flutter close and Zuko reaches for the remote and turns off the tv. So much for movie night.

“Just relax, I’ll wash your hair for you.”

Hinata looks over his shoulder, grinning despite the flush on his face. Just when he thought there were only so many first things that you could do with someone, Tadashi would surprise him with something new.

“How can I relax when I’m having a bath with you?” He squirms, overcome with a sort of happiness that settles in your stomach and warms you up from the inside out.

“You just make my heart go all Gaaaaah! And my stomach go all swoosh. Makes it really hard to relax!” His arms wave enthusiastically, trying to get his point across.

“I didn’t mean to leave you alone for so long—come here, I missed you.”

Hinata looks at Kageyama like he’s grown a second head. He hadn’t expected to see the other, let alone have him offering what sounded like a hug.

“Are you okay?” He asks, taking a step forward. “Do you have a fever?”
