I wonder how old is the MC?

Very old. Centuries like around 800, however most of it was spent going through extreme trauma they don’t get to grow older than 45-50 before that occurs.

I would say the player character looks 25-35 depending on certain appearance choices.

I could maybe add the option to look older than that?

She doesn't have a canonical age but I assume she's around 30-40 years old

How about you say how close we are to your age with colors? I mean if we say an age that is way to high, it is red. Closer is orange. Then yellow and then green or the right zone. That way we get a bit closer, but there is still a a question since a color can have multiple ages.
