Ingredients: 1 cup self-rising flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute e.g., erythritol or stevia. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt. 1 egg. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Cooking spray for greasing. 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting. Optional: Sugar-free chocolate sauce for drizzling.
Instructions: Put the self-rising flour and sugar substitute in a bowl and mix them together. Put in the Greek yogurt without added fat, egg, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until the dough is smooth. Spray cooking spray lightly on the air fryer basket to keep food from sticking. As you put the dough into the greased air fryer basket, make small donut shapes out of it. Leave space between each donut. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 350F 175C. Put the donuts in the air fryer basket that has already been heated. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Take the donuts out of the air fryer and give them a minute or two to cool down. Once the donuts are cool, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and, if you want, drizzle them with sugar-free chocolate sauce. Good for you Weight Watchers Air Fryer Donuts! Serve them up and enjoy them!
