Another wig was ripped apart and put back together. Sylus’s hair has been driving me nuts for a while because I, frankly, fucked up the construction of his wig originally and cut it too short in the back.

I took off almost all the fiber on the back and at the top of the wig (including the parting line) and redid it. Also found one of my brow shavers finally and that helped a lot with styling (find them to work much better with blending layers when it comes to cutting alpaca and other really fine fibers).

Anyway, huzzah, Little S finally has a wig that doesn’t make me wanna tear my own hair out lmao.

Candy is so pretty but I swear she's cursed. I can't find any clothes for her and then when I do, it takes months to arrive and it's the wrong color. 😭 her boots and wig are just lost in post office hell forever I guess.

I'm not giving up on her, tho! please tell me where I can find slim mini clothes.

Will this finally be the year my face-upless dolls get painted by me? Its always on top of my to do list but its been so long since I've painted anything. I hope I can motivate myself just to start.

Also I would like to complete my custom display cabinet. It needs a backing so I can cover up those unsightly shelf holes.

With the year coming to an end everything freezes over and falls into a deep sleep. Sometimes even your memories freeze for the end of the year, the time between the years feels unreal and torn. Like a fragment of eternity.

He's a very lovely doll and it's weird to finally have something in person that I've only seen in photos for over a decade. This is becoming a trend for me huh.

The posing is not as good as I'd imagined 😅 Definitely needs some sueding.

Now the face ... needs the eyes and mouth cleaned up but I don't want to hack at that with an xacto yet. I need some more delicate filing tools maybe. Or just another bout of bravery outta nowhere.
