The pilot of 1990's The Flash premiered on September 20, 1990. The character of Iris West (Paula Marshall) didn't crossover to the ongoing series. The TV movie showed the origins of Barry Allen (John Wesley Shipp) becoming the Flash. Shipp would also cameo as the Flash in Arrow (2018), Supergirl (2018), and the Flash (2014 - 2023). i found out two things recently:

today, i found out zip from the tomb raider lau timeline was in the freaky friday 2018 reboot, and at least one other dcom that i’m aware of.

last week, i found out that the legendary grey delisle voiced JAQUELINE NATLA, THE OG BADDIE, in the tomb raider lau timeline.

Before he was Henry Allen, father to Barry Allen; before he was Earth-3 speedster Jay Garrick; John Wesley Shipp was The Flash.

Note that main cast members Amanda Pays and Alex Desert from the 1990 series have also guest-starred in the early 21st century series as distinct characters having the same names as the characters they portrayed in the earlier TV program. This seems to suggest that both the 1990 and 2014 series are set in a common multiverse.
