Past Devil’s Minion and the “Alice is Armand” theory

I think I discovered something pretty big that could mean that the “Alice is Armand” theory is true.

(By the “Alice is Armand” theory I mean the theory where Armand and Daniel had a relationship in the past but Armand altered Daniel’s memories of him to be replaced with Alice). 

It has to do with the dates not adding up in regards to Daniel’s marriage to Alice and her pregnancies.

This episode Armand talks about some of the events that he saw happen to Daniel in the 52 years that he was stalking him. These are the quotes I want to highlight:

Armand: “And when he blacked out under an overpass..A junkee about to roll over him in an RV, a wife, Alice, at home, pregnant at the time…” 

Armand: “May 15th 2002, you sneak away from your book research to attend your daughter’s graduation at Rice University.” 

If Daniel’s daughter graduated university in 2002 she had to be at least 22 at the time, which means she was born in 1980 or earlier. But Alice was supposedly pregnant in 1985.

Louis: “It’s 1985. You and Alice are at a brasserie, talking past each other and she tells you she’s pregnant. And you say “yeah let’s talk about it later tonight.”” -S2 ep9

Okay Daniel has 2 daughters, so the daughter he had with Alice in 1985 must be his second daughter then, right? For the incident where Daniel blacked out under an overpass Armand says Alice was Daniel’s wife and was pregnant at the time. But that doesn’t make sense if Alice was pregnant in 1985 with their second daughter when they weren’t married yet. She rejected Daniel’s marriage proposal in 1985 while she was pregnant.

Louis: “Alice is in her third trimester. She steps in gum on the corner of Rues Palatine and Servandoni.”

“You worked so hard to get that table right in the corner so you could pull out the ring. Just at the right moment to surprise her. And what did she say when you finally asked her to marry you?” 

“Danny? I’ll ask for a third time.  What did Alice say when you finally asked her to marry you?” Armand: “Louis, perhaps we should..” Daniel: “She said no.” -S2 ep9

The Paris scene with Daniel and Alice could not have happened if what Armand said about Alice being pregnant and Daniel’s wife at the same time is true!!

Please tell me if I missed something or if I’ve gone crazy with this.

now if the alicemand theory turns out to be true i AM going to need at least 1 solid scene of assad zaman's armand in the promised purple dress. i realise that armand could've just altered daniel's memories entirely and added such specific details to make it more believable but i need to see that beautiful vampire get a little she/her with it. it's what anne rice would've wanted

Last night I dreamt Alicemand was confirmed in one of the episodes of TVL. He was wearing the purple dress from the auction.

So just to be clear if any of this comes true I will be saying “I had a premonition, it came to me in a dream!”

confirmed lbf and now even jam loves “armand is alice” theory. we are so getting that past dm. we are so getting that daniel loving armand in purple and then holding hands in the streets of paris. we all have to live !

It's okay! It's a theory that Daniel's first wife either wasn't real or it was actually Armand and Alice is just an altered version of him in Daniel's mind.
