Okay, just imagine, its somewhere near the year 10 02X, humanity has gone extinct, and aliens have token place on this globe some time after.

While investigating the territorium, they find the ONLY proof that humanity has ever existed.

IIt can be anything, an object, history book or fanfiction etc. ,and how would they have reacted to it?

I’m actually freaked out what if cattle mutilations and all the ‘alien’ sightings are actually humans in the future who invented time travel and are coming back to be like ‘’no don’t do that you’re going to mess everything up’’ and they’re trying to fix the mess we made

So like you know how sometimes people will take wild animals into their homes because they think they’re helping?

What if aliens did that? They pick up random humans because they think they’re sick or something. But when they’re fine they just kinda release them back into the wild.

Or like they get in trouble with like alien wildlife rangers and are forced to return them but they have to make sure the human doesn’t get used to alien contact or it won’t survive in the wild.

Okay but like what if there was an alien planet where water is a very dangerous substance and the aliens from that planet lose their sh-t every time they see a human drink it like “Holy sh-t, humans are hardcore!”

Alien: Covenant Theory

This will include major spoilers for both Alien: Covenant and Prometheus, concerning the android character David.

Alright, so I’ve seen a lot of discussion about David, how he sees himself, and his relationship with Elizabeth Shaw. Personally, I developed my own theory after reading one about Elizabeth being his mother figure.

David is a lot of things, and a liar is one of them, but his admission about loving Elizabeth comes from heartfelt discussions between him and Walter. In these, David tries to convince him to understand how he feels about humanity and brings up Daniels in relation to Walter. If he wanted to recruit Walter, he wouldn’t have talked about romance to the less emotional android, unless it didn’t fascinate David himself.

He kisses Walter and later attacks Daniels, holding her down while violently kissing her. It’s this scene that fascinates me. While the Alien series has always had sexual aspects to it, showing David in this light means a lot of things. But most importantly, it truly does humanize him. As he is now, David has become everything he hates about his creator’s species, absorbing all their faults as well.

His experiment room is intriguing, with not only a dissected Shaw, but drawings of her as well. She isn’t just his savior, David is, was, obsessed with her. By drawing her with aspects of the Xenomorphs, David has sexualized Elizabeth as the mother of his children. This is highly important, because in Prometheus, David chooses the infertile Shaw as the host of the alien by giving her Charlie water infected with the virus. In this way, David, not Charlie, impregnated Shaw with his ‘children’.

So where does that leave us? I believe that Elizabeth was the basis for most of his experiments, which he would poetically find fitting as she had hosted alien life before, and that he used her embryos to create the facehugger embryos shown at the end of the movie. Whether or not David killed Elizabeth, that’s a gray area. There are two possibilities I’ve considered. One, she was infected after they landed, and this inspired his experiments. Two, he killed her because he wanted to experiment on her.

Hopefully, we’ll be able to find out what happened to Elizabeth Shaw, but for now, I hope you enjoyed reading.
