Here is how the last season of voltron should have ended

The majority is the almost the same except the camera ep was earlier in the season (like the first episode then the date ep was the second.)

The episode, its self, still the same but the allance scene is replaced with Nadia spying into shiro's command room to see shiro and that unknown gay guy (we'll name him Shane) in the middle of talking

Shane: Yes captain, I'm actually really happy to work aboard the Atlas. Always wanted to see the stars up close.

Shiro, slightly chuckling: Please call me, Shiro. I'm not used to being called Captain just yet.

Shane, flirting: alright then, Shiro. I was wondering if maybe you show me some of the planets were you are.

Shiro, the dumbass gay: Well we're really busy right now. But we are planning to have a free day before we go up so I can ask the others if you want to hear everything.

Shane: That would be something but what I meant wa-

Ryan grabs the camera, says that whatever is happening is private.

That's the only scene we see of Shane and Shiro talking but we see them in the background together or whenever shiro almost falls off his spot from Atlas taking a heavy hit. Shane checks to see if he's okay.

Our favourite space lesbians, Ezor and Zethrid help around more. There's a scene of Zethrid apologizing for letting the anger win. Ezor put her hand on the more Galra part of Zethrid's face and saying "You didn't let it win, dumbie."

We also get a scene of Axca, Zethrid, and Ezor eating lunch with the humans. Ezor keeps joking about unrealistically flowy Lotor's hair was.

The season is a little bit more of coran. Him telling Hunk about altean dishes. Coran in the background telling a random bewildered team about space adventures. Coran and Lance comforting Allura about being rejected by the others.

Coran stopping Allura from getting infected by the entity. Coran getting it instead

Allura: Coran, how could you?!

Coran: Princess, we've seen what it does to people. To Zarkon! To Honerva!

Allura: This was supposed to my burden, Coran. I know you think of me as child but I am an adult!

Coran: That's not it, Princess. I just don't want to fail you...

Allura: Coran...

Coran: Your father, I promised to be by his side for the final battle but I wasn't. I promised him, I'd keep you safe. And I'm so afraid I can't. I'm not a paladin. I'm not trained to fly ships or fight like them. I'm useless. I'm an old altean who's unneeded.

Allura: That's untrue, Coran. You are needed dearly. You have helped the paladins and I more than there are stars! You've always have a plan even when it's the darkest of times... But now we have no way of stopping her.

Coran: Wrong, Princess. We have you.

Coran tells them to where Honerva is but that's all Coran can really do. But Allura uses her already super badass powers to use Coran and the lions to connect to Honerva's mind.

Allura finding out she's facing the original blue and where the others (probably) are. Uses her super human strength, the writers forgot about, to overpower him and then use her magic to joint-purify them.

Blah blah blah, same stuff but Alfor comments about how strong Allura's powers are as she uses her fucking op magic to purify the smaller traps in Honerva's mind. So it's somewhat easier.

Instead of allura pushing Zarkon's dark memories back. Zarkon remembers when he looks at the black lion.

Things still play out like they did but Coran is with Allura.

Then the ending were they're in that white space. Coran sees Alfor.

Alfir: it looks like you were by my side for the final fight.

Coran also gives a big speech about the princess being right about him and just this last time he'll do it again. Allura and the group tell him not to. That they still need him. But Coran says he isn't, that what they need is what they were meant to do in the world.

Lance gets those blue cheek marks and coran jokes and says he's okay with allura and him now that he's royalty.

He tells Allura that she's more than she thinks and it's been an honor to be by her side.

And that's it.

The ending credits is the same exept

Allura and Lance are Queen and King of Altea

And we know more about Shane and Shiro.

What I say: I'm okay

What I mean: Main plots with multiple side chemistry sub-plots have always been about some dude amd all these ladies in his life but I've never seen the same done to the lady lead without compromising her character for chemistry until motherquiznaking princess Allura TO HAVE A GIRL HAVE A HAREM AND STILL STAY ON HER PATH TO GIVE HER FLAWS AND HELP HER CHARACTER DEVELOP THROUGH IT ALL WITHOUT COMPROMISING IT WITH HER CHEMISTRY WITH GUYS AND MAKE IT FEEL NATURAL I RARELY SEE IT WITH LADY LEADS AND TO SEE IT NOW WITH AN AMAZING AND BRILLIANTLY WRITTEN CHARACTER LIKE ALLURA NO LESS WARMS THE VERY CORE OF MY BEING IT GIVES ME LIFE AND HOPE AND IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL BECAUSE SHE'S SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A TOKEN FEMALE CHARACTER SHE'S A MAIN AND SHE'S THERE IN THE CENTER OF THINGS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WAR AS EVERYTHING UNFOLDS SHE IS AT THE HEART OF IT ALL AS SHE CAPTURES THE HEARTS OF THE PEOPLE AROUND HER IT'S JUST SO BEAUTIFUL

lance, looking through their medicine cabinet: “hey, is this facial toner yours or mine?” 

allura: “honestly, who knows, i’ve been using your exfoliating scrub for almost three phoebs.” 

when lance finds out that allura secretly dreads prepping for diplomatic meetings, he lets her practice her pitch for the voltron alliance on him while he pretends to be some stuck-up, crotchety, difficult leader of an imaginary planet. it leaves her laughing too hard to focus, and works wonders for helping her loosen up before meetings. 

allura manages to find some of her father’s old clothes from when he was a teenager and gives them to lance to try on who’s super psyched to model some authentic altean wardrobe 

while he’s preening in the mirror, allura tears up a little bit bc with different ears and some altean markings on his cheeks, he’d look exactly like some handsome prince from her home planet 

one day, they decide to turn off their auto-translators, and lance finds out that “allura” is just a nickname for a really old, very beautiful altean name that’s almost impossible to pronounce. but lance sits with her for close to an hour until he can say her full name -- titles and all -- without any mistakes, and allura still considers it the most thoughtful thing he’s ever done for her. 

allura: can i confess something to you? i really want to start another food fight. that was so much fun. 

lance: ten GAC says you can’t hit keith right in the face

allura: please. for you? i’ll get him in the eye. 

being asleep for 10,000 years means that allura missed out on the whole “selfie” phase, so lance makes coran get her a portable communicator and teaches her the wonders of this cool thing called the selfie olympics 

she plays along only because lance forgot to tell her that shapeshifting wasn’t allowed, and she loves to see how upset he gets when she wins every single round 

lance has gotten into the habit of sneakily taking candid photos of allura whenever she’s training, snoozing on the couches, standing on the bridge, or laughing during dinner so that, no matter what happens to them, there will always be some record of her existing, and no one will ever erase her or her culture from memory again.
