We spent some time with you, left for drinks and then made the tipsy decision to get you. Even though you lived with Ramses he always said I was your mother. #day7 of #alltheyoga18 done on vacation. Did the Primary Series for the first time by myself because of little internet connection oh well, at least I got it in. (at National Muzzle Loading Rifle Assn.)

#day6 of #alltheyoga18 and I decided to not end in Corpse Pose after my Ashtanga practice. My hips are just not happy today and they were much more content in this posture. Go figure 🤷🏼‍♀️. Anyway, tomorrow is my last day of my current Ashtanga course on Omstars (I’m just now finishing the 30 day challenge after 2 months). I think I’ll find another Ashtanga course that breaks it down and helps me grow my poses more. #day5 of #alltheyoga18 for me was another try at the Ashtanga Primary Series. I did my best and I feel like I am slowly growing at a few of the poses. I am definitely able to attempt certain ones much better than the first try. I am super sunburnt from a #beachday this past week, and Cole is dragging me on another one tomorrow (I’m soooooo upset 😄), but shoulder stands are PAINFUL with burnt shoulders. I am definitely wearing a light long sleeve tomorrow. Fun little fact, this is the first yoga mat I ever bought. I used it in my college dorm room my Freshman year when I first decided to get into yoga (@leighbug95 was super awesome in letting me practice without laughing 😂). Turns out, that was one of the best decisions I ever made. This mat is showing its age with a little bit of wear and tear on the back end. However, I am unable to part with it. It is said that a yoga mat absorbs your energy through practice and you should try and use the same one for as long as possible. I didn’t believe it at first, and maybe I just have an attachment to this particular mat, but I find it hard to use any of my other 3 mats. I just don’t feel the same practicing with another one. I do however place a second one under this one for extra padding on my wrists. My belly looks extra jiggly for #day4 of #alltheyoga18 I didn’t practice yesterday because of some unforeseen circumstances that left me exhausted. So, this morning, I woke up, and immediately did the Primary Series for Ashtanga. It was hard, and I wasn’t able to do ALL of the poses, but I did every single Vinyasa. Every. One. I also sweat like a mad woman and took this little video that shows my tum. I wasn’t going to share it because I was super insecure, but I shouldn’t be. That is progress. I have become healthier since moving. My arms are really getting some definition and my weight is back to where it was 2 years ago (not that it matters, just that my pants are fitting again). #yogi #practiceyogachangeyourworld #bopoyoga #jigglytummy #ashtangayoga #primaryseries #everybodyisayogabody (at Honolulu, Hawaii)

#day1 of @caseyyoga #alltheyoga18 challenge set to see how many days you can do yoga within a 90 day period. Of course my Day1 is most of the worlds Day 2 because time zones 🤷🏼‍♀️. Anyway, did my usual warm up classes and the two small Ashtanga flows putting my practice at right around 2 hours. Did some lotus stuff at the end but I have to stretch more before I can do that, so wide legged forward fold with #yogablocks because safety trumps aesthetic. #yogi #bopoyoga #practiceyogachangeyourworld #everybodyisayogabody (at Honolulu, Hawaii)
