Pretty sure I've got adhd (distraction issues, anxiety and guilt when starting projects, unable to focus if ppl are there, etc) and mild(?) depression (suicide is A Thing I've been contemplating a lot lately bc of home issues). Question is, should I ask my parents to get me diagnosed? They kinda look down at mental health issues a bit (asian family) so idk how they'll start treating me when I do get diagnosed. Also, US healthcare is shit and idk how it'll affect us financially
