We need to be there for each other. . Life is tough and, to me it seems to be getting tougher. . Did you know that the population of the world has doubled since I had my son in 1986. . I've started three years ago (at the age of 44) and I couldn't do any kind of inversions - no headstand (scared me so much! 😱), no pincha (was fallen on my face 😁) and no handstand. But I wanted to learn 💪 With the help of the IG community and a lot of wonderful yogis I've learned to hold, to play and to making shapes 🙌🤸🏼♂️🙌 It's so much fun! Okay, it takes a lot of time, often I practiced outdoors bc needed a lot of space to fall.😁 And that's the secret of handstanding too - a safe falling out 🤸🏼♂️🙌🤸🏼♂️🙌🤸🏼♂️ .
