I woke up this morning to my dad’s girlfriend making breakfast for me, this was waiting for me 🙏🏼❤️coconut yoghurt with apple, strawberries, blueberries, peach, banana, watermelon, raspberries, currants and a slice of banana chocolate cake 😍😋❤️

Tried this new vegan yogurt for breakfast today! I'm usually an oatmeal-for-breakfast type of girl and I rarely switch it up, but because the weather's been behaving so well recently (hello springtime sun!), I was in the mood for a cold breakfast. I just warmed some frozen mixed berries in the microwave for a minute, then spooned over some of this yogurt and some fruit-and-nut muesli. Really filling and kept me going for hours! I'm a big fan of the plain Alpro Soy yogurt (and the mango/passionfruit snack pot yogurts as well), but this one has a nuttier aftertaste to it. I'm not the biggest fan of almonds so it was a tad strong for me, but if you're an almond fan you'd probably enjoy this! And if it's mixed with fruit and granola/muesli, that nuttiness is really downplayed. I like that it's got some protein and is fortified with vitamins too, so that's a bonus!
