Min frukost, varje dag. Den är inte god, rolig eller vacker MEN det mättar länge och får magen att må bra!
please may I ask what you think of alpro as a company? I used to buy plant based products from them but then someone said to boycott but I can’t remember why
Alpro’s parent company is Danone, a massive and very unethical dairy corporation, so that may be why. Many of the biggest plant-based companies are owned in full or in part by animal agriculture interests, though, so that is difficult to avoid. If you are talking outside a vegan context though, Danone also pour millions of dollars into the Israeli food tech sector, so there have been calls to boycott on that basis.
I don’t generally buy anything from Alpro, but to be completely honest, that is more about price than anything else. Asda and Tesco’s own soy milk (my milk of choice) is much cheaper where I am, it has better nutritional content and tastes pretty similar.
Mostly rain-fed 🤣🤣👏👏💚💚
My days in a nutshell 🥜
I usually start my days with longish walks / runs. After breakfast comes long days in the library. Sometimes there lots of coffee (because your girl apparently doesn’t know how to go to bed early). And occasionally we give in to the desire for a sweet treat a the end of the day. 😋

Grace Petrie’s The Vegan Song is just the epitome of romance in my mind. It’s that thing about the small things people do to show you they love and care about you in a very domestic sense.
Like I’m vegetarian and if someone sung anything of the like at me I think I would propose right then and there.
