We also talked about maladaptive daydreaming. She helped me reframe. "I daydream in a maladaptive way, that isolates me and keeps me from real life" to "I daydream to survive. It helps me cope" (more us cause we're a system)

There's so much going on in our system but we're trying to cope. I need to do my job and be around more and help. We're trying to work together as a polyfragmented system. I need to do my part.

Both Shane and Basil had a meltdown/breakdown in headspace. For different and similar reasons. Stress and overstimulation and feeling unwell. They're both very sad and anxious and they're getting support in the headspace/inner world. Worried about them. They're both recovering and safe. Shane is nonverbal right now Basil is verbal. The whole system is very stressed out and overwhelmed. We're doing our best to cope with all of our family issues, mental and physical issues. - Honey

We've been supporting Andy for years but only piece together months ago they were in a subsystem since the Gatekeepers talked about it with him. We're gonna do our best to help Andy and the subsystems and main system. We wanna be around more. I'm a EP, little, memory holder, soother while Chocolat is EP, little, memory holder, and protector. We guess? The littles in our subsystem talk about stuff with everyone and stuff…. I wanna be a protector too! Destiny said we could so yay let's protect… Me and Chocolat want to help more so if we post more often that's what we want :> - Vanilla
