The Writhing Squares are a two-man band from South Philadelphia.  That was hard for me to digest at first since there are so many sounds - including flute and sax.  A drum machine allows these guys to pull it off. 

Horse Lords, Bailter Space, ALTO!, John Maus or the excellent Turkish band She Past Away are all brought to mind while listening to this.  This is not instrumental music, but relies heavily on the sound of the instruments.
