5:30 AM workout took me an hour and has me dying! I'm not big into resolutions but I am making it a goal to get my workouts in before work/school/clients this semester!
I have been having a really hard time getting up early in the morning to work out. So I decided to look up some tips that might help and share it with you guy just in case you need help to. 1) Move...
Because I need my own advice sometimes lol

AM workout & breakfast
Went to the Fitness Center in my neighborhood (which only has like three functioning machines, smh) and did 2 miles on the elliptical, then some ab work! Now having 2 scrambled eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. I've been on track not even a week and I can already feel the difference in my mood. I don't know why I ever stop, I'm so miserable when I'm eating badly and not working out. The mysteries of life. Here's to the journey and moving forward, I won't dwell on the past year of transgressions. I will come out of this even better than I was before!!
WOD
Arc Trainer- 15 min
8X 100 lbs squats (on the rack!!! I love it now)
8x 90 lbs deadlifts
10 captian's chair
8x 80 lbs lateral pull downs
10x 80 lbs seated dips
8x 90 lbs seated row
Treadmill- 10 min HIIT (1 min walk/ 30 sec sprints)
Debating on if I want to do a second workout...
I've fallen in love with AM workouts
It's so crazy because I used to be an avid late PM workout kinda girl. I'm talking 10pm-12am late. For the last two weeks, I've been doing two-a-days which means my AM workouts are 6 am. Man, I wasn't feeling it at first, but now I'm in LOVE. I feel so refreshed, energized, and productive after working out so early. Guess I'll be sticking to these AM workouts from now on =)
*sidenote* I don't know if it's working out 2x a day or what, but I'm sleeping sooo much better. Even my naps have been affected. I used to nap for 3-4 hrs (when I had the time). Now, a 45 min or 1hr nap does the same job!
Did you get it in today?
Got 1 hour of sleep and still got up to work out! *meow*
