But yeah!!! I have been dino-fied and have become a neon green goth baryonyx who’s store is called “Baryonyx Boutique” and its FANTASTIC this game is seriously SO. CUTE. I may die sheerly from the adorableness i’ve only met like 5 dinos and they are all so fricken charming Adi is probably my favorite so far though but Chester is also top tier I love these lil NERDS!

New hyperfocus has been activated. Here we have: Rory the Parasaurolophus, Keia the Spinosaurus, an attempt at making an Inostrancevia as yet unnamed, and Ziek the Sinosauropteryx.

Anyway, Amber Isle owns my life, now.

I had been trying to wait for the Switch release of Amber Isle but was dyiiinnnggg to play it and finally gave in. (Look. You can already see my character creation issues. I will play it again on Switch with a different paleofolk!!)

Idk how you're supposed to pick just one creature to play as. (I'm currently playing through as the spinosaurus (current fave dino, and as close as i can get to something aquatic). The others I just made for fun. Switch version I'll probably go with sinosauropteryx. (Other current fave Dino because fucken look at it.) But then Parasuarolophus was my childhood fave Dino and omg it's just so damn cute in this game!!!))

I’m very disappointed as I had already budgeted for the month of October to buy this game, but I appreciate their honesty and I’m glad they want everything to be perfect before being released on Switch

SO I HAVE SOME AMAZING NEWS! I have founded an indie games studio, @ambertailgames!  Here’s the first peek of what we’re working on: AMBERTALE A cosy, shop management/social sim- with dinosaurs 🦖💛 Set up a shop in a quaint village, craft items & befriend a cast of cute prehistoric creatures. The game will include a cast of prehistoric creatures from different eras, all with unique personalities and occupations!
