Anthropologist Encountering

Let's pretend I'm an anthropologist who is meeting the organization "BIZ CAFE" for the first time:

1)Values:

Explicit Values: The organization's values, such as customer satisfaction, innovation, or efficiency, may be stated explicitly.

Implicit Values: Observation may reveal an unspoken focus on speed, adaptability, or a specific approach to risk-taking that is not expressly stated in official documentation.

2) Legends and Heroes:

Explicit Heroes: The organization may publicly recognize and celebrate outstanding leaders or teams.

Implict heroes: Informal talks and tales may reveal individuals or groups who, while not officially acknowledged, are admired and regarded as legends within the organization.

3) Sayings:

Official Slogans: BIZ CAFE's communications may include official slogans or catchphrases.

Unofficial Phrases: Everyday terms used by employees may reveal shared ideals or attitudes. Phrases such as "Brewing Success Together" or "Coffee-fueled Innovation" may be indicative.

4) Rituals and customs:

My granny told me that one of our ancestors was a Crusader: a Knight. He's called Kuno von Lichtenstein and wikipedias entry says, that he lived around 1360 - 1410. He was involved in a battle of Tannenberg (translated Fir-mountain). It's also said that he was one of the best sword fighters of his time. And not gonna lie, that's pretty pretty cool.

There are documentaries and movies about the battles/history and I really wanna watch them.

We also know, that we have blue blood from one family side. Some sort of Earl from Hungary. An ancestor from my grannys dad, but we don't know much about this one.

I took pictures now from our families history and gonna read more into it. There are names listed that go back till 1800.
