Being able to articulate how you feel and think is so unbelievably important and so many people are just completely incoherent. But to them they think they’re communicating their point of view accurately when they are doing nothing of the sort. They’ll be full on professionals interviewing major celebrities or political figures and they’re just speaking nonsense. I think the biggest reason I have the best relationship with my mother compared to my siblings is bc of this. But you have to really know who you are in order to make sense. But most people are trying to project a completely different image of themselves and speak from that mirage in order to get a result that gives them away as untrustworthy
