It's been two years since Kuvira's attack on Republic City, and things are only now settling down enough for RC to start truly rebuilding its once popular nightlife. With all his friends busy, Mako decides to use his one day off to explore said nightlife. In the process, he's witness to a secret he has no business knowing, and no idea what to do with it.

anyway it really makes me happy to see more kid friendly shows with queer rep. especially shows with younger queer rep so kids around those ages can relate to the characters more and maybe not have to deal with years of confusion and denial and pain like so many queer people do bc the media and the rest of the world still act like our identities are a sensitive topic and shouldn’t be brought up ever.
