Ok building off my last unpopular opinion that Willie doesn’t take the name Mercer just cause I have a lot of thoughts. Willie was in the foster care system and ran away but was pretty young at the time. He spent a lot of time around the skating parks and is basically adopted by small group of skaters who teach him how to skate. They were all friends before they meet willie, now they just have a younger brother of the group. They all look out for Willie, especially the mom friend.

One time the group got stopped by cops, Willie was scared he was going to put back in the system,until the mom friend(or anyone) went “yeah that’s my little brother willie”. The group never mentions it but they know that the mom friend(or whoever said it) really meant it and cares a lot about Willie, they all do. When Willie dies they paint a memorial at the skate park where they meet.

Willie never goes back to that park cause it hurts too much to remember the only family he ever had. Which is why he joined the HGC, Caleb offered him a new family.

When Willie and Alex are talking about who should take whose name Alex mentions he’d rather take willies surname to distance himself from Mercer name. Willie already told alex about his life, so when he tells him the name Alex understands. The surname they end up taking is the mom friend’s (or whoever called willie their little brother) surname. Cause no matter how much time has passed, Willie still always considered them family

Basically I was found family Willie with chosen surname that Alex takes

omg 🥺🥺🥺 YES willie’s family being a rag tag lil bunch of kids at the skatepark!! also the idea of one of the older kids seeing willie and immediately going “yep. my brother now.” is SO JATP VIBES IT’S IMPECCABLE 

the idea of his friends all painting a memorial for him at the park where they all used to skate just...makes me so soft :( maybe one day willie brings up the nerve to talk to alex about it and he gently suggests that they go down to the skatepark together one day just to check it out and they hold hands the entire time

I did create an account with an old email and said I had to verify it, I didn’t so I think you can do it without creating an account

If it’s on an apple device then you can download it to the apple book app thing

You can send it to your google drive

Or download as a pdf, there’s a download button with an arrow press that and one of the options is covert to pdf(there are other types you can convert to) and then when you press the covert to pdf it’s going to take a while so don’t worry about it not being available. And then press the underlined download and boom you have a pdf of any book you want

Ok so I finished it(like this morning but really haven’t had time to ramble so)

Wille just willie. smol bean that needs a hug(also I think in the next season he needs to meet julie just in general but also maybe she can free him from Caleb)

Alex is definitely one of my favorites(“I spent 25 years crying” mood) Alex dancing with carries band was golden

Julie is a precious bean I love her

I will throw hands with Caleb actually no I will throw a chair preferably a metal one :)

Luke needs a hug Reggie needs a brain cell ok but the entire scene when Luke was trying so show he has chemistry with everyone he sings with with Reggie was absolutely hilarious

Okay yes yes yes yes!!! Willie and Alex are amazing. I really hope Julie I and Willie meet in s2. Also yes I will throw hands with Caleb too (or maybe we can all just collectively throw chairs) the chemistry scene was just hilarious I loved it. And yes willex is just *chef’s kiss*

I somehow didn’t realize yesterday was Wednesday and didn’t watch the new episode and I’m busy so I have to wait all day till I can watch it ahhhhhhhhh

Oh my gosh, you are in for one wild ride!! Without giving any spoilers, I think it's safe to say that Elizabeth did an absolutely STELLAR job in directing this episode. I've seen a lot of people say it's their favourite so far (even at the same level as Self Control!!!) and I just have to agree - it was really, really great. 

There were definitely some... unexpected twists and turns, and I'm having to bite my tongue not to give anything away!! Ahhhh, I'm still buzzing with excitement and thoughts/feels from it, so if you want to come yell about it when you've seen it, I'd be quite simply DELIGHTED to be your partner in crime and gushing!!

Yes flarrie but what if it’s slow burn(ish) flarrie

Season 2 Carrie, flynn, and julie make up and apologize

Carrie very slowing goes from acquaintances to friends with them while still giving Flynn the pinning eyes

Flynn is trying to hold back from her, not in a mean way but Carrie hurt her and even though Flynn never stopped likening her, she doesn’t want to get hurt again

But season 3(I know what I said) the pinning is becoming unbearable and julie finally decides to confront Flynn about it

And I’m season 3 they finally get together
