unpopular opinion: i really like hearing about your opinions and political hot takes because you're very aware of the subjective and very personal nature of opinions and very opening to hearing out people who disagree with you and are able to actually discuss shit reasonably and it's a relief to see

i grew up/live in a very political vociferous household and was raised by a lot of smart people with very differing views.  the way i see politics and understand them feels very different than what is en vogue rn and could be easily misinterpreted by dumblr.  i think very carefully about how to say what i want to say before i say it...i’m glad that comes across
