He is a professor, a friend, a lover and poet, everything that anyone desires, but no one will get... Or is it like that? This misterious character is one of my favorites to illustrate and I'm real happy to see that he will get a wonderful voice for my animated projects.
🍃Ailish🍃
The protagonist, friend of so many, but loner by nature, a weird species of caracal that nobody understands the reasson of it. A great fighter, but must important... The next guardian master that everyone is gonna be afraid of. She is such a character that I've been creating over the past few years to be the actual middle point of everyone else's story.

Jackson and Ailish are on a mission commanded by the king to find more elemental crystals, but it will lead our protagonist Ailish into a past that she imagines could be forgotten. Despite the uneasy feeling of collaborating with her teacher and rival Jackson, it's time to put her differences aside to complete what was planned. But... Will it be just a mission or a new episode in her life?

The original, unfinished proof of concept for my film. I was attempting to line and color the whole thing the normal way with rather clean linework and somewhat flat coloring. As I got further into this process I realized I hated how basic and boring it looked. It was so terribly non distinct and lacking the personality and grit I wanted the project to have. I experimented with more disjointed, incomplete, messy linework but that didn’t make me happy. In my next post, so you will see a brief test for the lineless look I decided looked best and unique.
