Me, innocently searching a tag for a nice old movie, only to discover it is filled with horrible anime garbage because someone randomly named a character those words in Teens Whining JRPG Part 27: How can she even hold that sword she weighs 84 lbs

Okay so Blame! is really pretty but the anime movie has that jittery uncanny thing that some 3D modeled animations have. The movements of the people and their facial expressions are not quite exaggerated or believable enough. The interactions with their environment are a little off. I know it is a style?? maybe but this kind of bothered me about parts of persona 5 and now there is an entire movie with this sort of weird animation. It's got form but it is also a completely flat color as if the form is supposed to make up for the weird lighting on the models and I'm ???? Idgi really. I'm gonna keep watching to see if I get used to it or if they improve on their animating by the end.

Concept: An anime about a health crisis caused by anime physics transforming into real-world physics. Characters with almost non-existent noses are hospitalized for breathing problems. Chiropractor's offices are filled with girls with disproportionately large boobs. Eye infections become a widespread problem. Characters that go into chibi mode die from the inability of their bodies to support their enormous heads.
