You can save them pregnant. I did in my very last save, I wasn't aware that you could. I haven't been able to reinstall everything yet to go any further, but yes, they can be saved that way. :)

Thanks everyone (and everyone who "liked" him too!) I'm glad I'm finally getting somewhere with his likeness. I can't decide if I'm going to release them individually or as a group. Of course at the rate I'm going I may never get the entire group done. (Let's see, Sterling, Lana, Mallory, Carol/Cheryl, Pam, Cyril, Ray and Krieger, Oh yeah - Woodhouse!)

- hyperkaos - Thanks for the info on saving pregnant sims. I'm debating on whether to do "Archer Vice" versions, in which case Lana would need to be knocked up.
- @spladoum & murfeelee - Yeah... tee-hee! I've been wanting to re-create the cast forever. I'd really like to do the ISIS headquarters and/or the Tunt family mansion (from Archer Vice), but my building skills aren't quite up to that, I don't think.
