Our friends and like my whole system overall.

Im so grateful for my friends adjusting their language for us while still treating us the same and joking about it but also being able to do real talk.

Im so grateful for our traumaholders and their strenght, Im so grateful for our littles being themselves, Im so grateful for all alters that deal with my outbursts. Im grateful for every moment of calm and content and solidarity we have – even if its rare.

Not specific to our sys, but shout out to littles with "big" roles!!! Roles like protector (any kind) or trauma holder or gatekeeper, or anything else "big"!!! You're all doing so great, and I'm proud of you for being able to manage :)

Thank you to Knife, Mepad, Mephone3GS, Floory, Stone, and Rocky for putting up with us and looking out for us

Knife, Mepad, Mephone3GS, and Floory are all caregivers who formed specifically to help our current host but they will literally take care of anyone. They put up with being injured, screamed at, etc.

and Stone is an "emotion eater", basically if emotions get too severe it'll try to eat up the emotions it can and store it, and also numbs emotions related to past events. It helps us a lot to be able to look at stuff with a clearer mind and not be burdened by so many emotions. Rocky is Stone's helper and emotional support.

Also they all haven't left co-con since they've formed. Which.. oh my goodness thank you but are you guys okay??

We GREATLY appreciate them all and wish them a calm day with blankets and warm drinks :3

shout out to Dave who recently fused with another alter and now everyone hates him for it. It wasn’t his fault. He didn’t choose to. He also misses said alter.
