Imagine Anthony just walking around Mary's house shirtless carrying Newton, happy as can be like "Kate! You're home! Newton and I had a most excellent day today! We helped your mother make barfi! And we had a shower and I used that contraption that blows hot air, and look how fluffy he is!"

And Kate's just panicking because, even if this man isn't a god, he sure looks like one, and he's clutching her very cute dog to his chest and visually it's just a lot for her to take in so she practically screams "Put a shirt on!" taking Newton, who yes, does look very fluffy, her cheeks burning when her fingers brush against his abs.

Mary's watching the whole thing like: 👀👀👀👀👀 This is better than a movie! Katie! Get some!

And Edwina's like: So what if he's a little insane! He's very hot! And sweet! And he really likes you!

Of course, when they find out he really is the god of thunder after he and Kate are already sort of kind of together

Mary's like: My Grandchildren are going to live forever

Edwina's like: My sister is dating an actual superhero. He has a cape, And a helmet

And Kate's just like: Yeah my boyfriend is a god 💯💯💯💯💯💯

Okay so there are now Four of us that want more of this, We're growing!

Mary being absolutely horrified that her children hit a man with their car, she invites him to stay, and Kate's like "Mary, you can't invite a man to stay with you, where you live alone! Anything could happen." Mary's just like "Very sweet of you to be concerned for my virtue sweetheart."

But Kate really doesn't want this man living with her step mother alone, he thinks he's a Norse god, he could be dangerous! Mary feels this is a stretch as he's currently looking absolutely delighted with Kate's dog Newton, greeting him with "Hello! Long Dog! Your Tummy is very low! Kate! Your dog is very like a loaf of bread!" But Kate decides to move back home just in case, and sparks are gonna fly as they look for his mjolnir.

And when a storm comes he holds her close and tells her he wishes he could make it all stop for her, and the next time he tries to pick up mjolnir, he can.

Anthorny anon here! Omg if you ever feel like writing more of it please know I would read it in a heartbeat especially if it happened to feature Kate going to Asgard and all of the Bridgertons being like ‘doesn’t matter that’s she’s from Midgard she’s still too good for you’

Look, I wanna write more of it. But it… wasn’t very popular like… not at all 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ but I love and adore it.

I love the idea that Anthony’s family would be like “This girl is way too good for you.”
