these two are 100% high school sweethearts (even tho neither of them actually have a formal education in canon)
high school au where they're that one couple that everyone wants to be. they'e never had a real fight, they're always together, they're at the top of their class, and when asked how they do it while also juggling all their extracurriculars (that they're in together and co-presidents of btw), they say they always study together. the worst part is that no one can even hate them for being so perfect because they're both genuinely good people and friends and classmates and at the end of the day, they really do bring out the best in each other.
they go to the same university, studying different things, and quickly gain a reputation on yikyak for being "that one rly gross couple who are always holding hands."
their classes don't really overlap cuz their fields aren't similar, but they always walk each other to their classes, and they're spotted in the dining hall together all the time, one of them having pulled a chair to the side of their table so that they could sit next to each other instead of across from each other.
when they meet new ppl, they literally finish each others sentences, and it's kinda creepy to watch. when their college friends visit them at home, they always ask leo's brothers if he and usagi are like that all the time, and the most common response they get is, "omg you should have seen them in high school, it was literally nauseating"
