Ingredients: 12 large mushrooms. 1/2 cup cooked crab meat. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons minced green onions. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Take the mushrooms' stems off and chop them up very small. Chop the mushroom stems and put them in a bowl. Add the crab meat, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill up each mushroom cap with the seafood mix. On a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper, put the stuffed mushrooms. For 15 to 20 minutes, or until the filling is golden brown and the mushrooms are soft, bake in an oven that has already been heated. Enjoy while hot!

Stuff each onion with the meat mixture, pressing it firmly into the hollowed-out center. Wrap each stuffed onion in aluminum foil, sealing it tightly. Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C. Place the wrapped onion bombs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the onions are tender and the meat is cooked through. Carefully unwrap the onion bombs and place them back in the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to allow the tops to brown and crisp up.
