I really didn't feel like working out today but I pushed past my excuses and I did it and I feel soooo much better! And today was the first time I ever completed Extreme Abs without stopping! So fucking happy (and sore)! XD

#APRILATES 2015
April! One of the things I promised myself is to stick to my fitness guns (haha, pun totally intended) and complete most, if not all the workouts in this month’s Blogilates calender.
