How old could they even be?? Five? Six? They sure aren't older than Lloyd's ondol system.

To think that they're playing as the same lord everyone despised, and the knight who used to be nothing more than the one who kept him restrained. It must be really funny for the adults and elders there. And imagine your kid asking for a shovel for their birthday! Or a pet! We see a dog here, but you can't convince me the children aren't begging their parents for hamsters, birds or even snakes. No, I bet they're begging to be let outside the whole day just to play in the dirt and see who can make the best build for some bugs, fight imaginary monsters, then come back home covered in mud and little shiny rocks as "money".

Maybe Arcos and Marbella feel their hearts melt a little bit when they go for a stroll around their estate and those are the scenes they get to see. Maybe they have glimpses of the past where Lloyd and Javier were nothing but the children they cared for every day and put to sleep every night. It's barely for a moment and it's not real, but their kids are kids again.

Lloyd’s relationship with the count and countess is so important to me. The way he sees his own parents in them, the guilt he holds for essentially killing their son, the gratitude he has for the love and care they show him. It’s such a tangled ball of emotions.

And on their end they have the remorse and guilt for having Lloyd clean up their messes and the anxiety that stems from Lloyd not calling them mother and father anymore and what the cause of that is, the sinking feeling that the Lloyd before them is not the Lloyd they raised. So good

I need 14 fics where Lloyd hangs out with arcos and marbella. I need gut wrenching reveal fics, and lighthearted fluff fics, and romantic comedy fics. Fics where Lloyd has to rely on them and fics where Lloyd confides in them. I neeeeeeed it. And it made him remember that the Lloyd right now, laughing so boisterously like he just heard the funniest thing from Javier, is his and Marbella's son. And i feel like that's very. Bitter because Lloyd isn't with them anymore and Arcos just now remembers that this boy is the very same boy that he and Marbella loved very much. The result of their marriage and love. When in reality the one laughing after such a long time is actually Kim Suho and i'm :(((

Remember when Lloyd look at the third ending spoiler and Arcos fell from his horse and broke his neck? Ever thought about how Javier felt when it's not a powerful enemy but a freak accident that he couldn't protect his lord from? Now you do :D

I'm never picking up a pencil again 😭😭 somehow it's actually worse than taking a two hours long calculus test. now i understand why fujimoto said he'll kill everyone at the art school if he doesn't get better lol. this thing completely drained my will to draw—next time I get inspiration it's going straight to the gallow

arcos and marbella should've been even more embarrassing parents than they already are in canon. like. they should've been the kind of parents to be constantly talking about how amazing their son is to other people. they're not even bragging they just love lloyd so much they can't help but gush about it to everyone in the vicinity.

someone at a party or something asks them what their oldest son is like and they just go "glad you asked" before pulling out the time period equivalent of a 101 slides long powerpoint presentation about why their son is so wonderful and smart and kind and talented and just about everything good in the world.

lloyd is dying in the corner of the room not really sure what's gonna kill him first, being so embarrassed or so overwhelmed by how genuine they are being about their love for him. it's so fucking nice and sweet and he kind of loves it but also stop please he's gonna dig a hole on the ground and never come out he's serious-

julian is teasing the hell out of him right up until they finish their presentation about lloyd only to smoothly transition over to another one all about their younger son and oh hey that hole looks so nice scoot over hyung-

scheherazade thinks it's really sweet and about to join in to gush about julian just to get bowled over when they also start to talk about their wonderful daughter-in-law who they've come to love so much. she isn't embarrassed by the words themselves but she does want to craw into the hole too when she starts tearing up because of them.
