Random Headcanon:
Leg Day Arm Night
After a while in the Castle Lance grabbed Hunk saying it's leg day. This is not a day focused on leg exercises like Shiro first thought. It's them finding a nice secluded area and pampering themselves. Because being burnt out helps no one. Allura was happy to learn these customs when she became a leg. Even though he was an arm for a bit Lance was always welcome.
After the 4th time of running into each other while hiding from Shiro, Allura, and Coran for being up way to late; Pidge and Keith started Arm Night. They'd help warn each other if one of the three advanced adults was coming near while they were training or working on a project, when they could they'd do it in the same room. They would at least try and go out after Shiro checked on them so he'd get sleep. When Lance was an arm for a bit he asked Pidge what they did for bonding. Once he heard he noped out and claimed once a leg always a leg, partly because beauty sleep is important mostly because siting with another person working on a project while the other works on a completely different one with no talking is not the best for him mentally while for the other two is the best way to shut out their worries.
When Keith became a head he found Pidge while she was up too late and freaked out because he knows them being too tired is bad and he has already pushed them all too hard and he has to be responsible but at the same time he knows that if he puts her in bed and she stayed she wouldn't fall asleep and he isn't either but he has to be responsible and he doesn't know what to do. This rant took an hour with a few others poured in. Pidge finally took pity on him and told him if Shiro couldn't get her to stop he can't either and trying to force it will only hurt them both because Keith needs these nights as much as her but she will compromise, she will head to bed an hour earlier than they normally do if he promises to do so also.
