can I just say: the way you write Dami and Jason's dynamic gives me life and makes me extremely happy, especially with Dami calling Jay 'Ahki' and Jay calling Dami 'habibi' in turn. Keep it up!!

Thank you very much, I mostly base their dynamic off of me and my younger brother but if he was a lot younger than me(me and my siblings are all very close in age lol) But yeah I love Jason and Damian meeting in the Loa and having their own terms of endearment because it’s just super fun.

Anyways, here’s a really quick doodle of them! I just like adding art when answering asks because otherwise it gets a bit boring for me lol

I love Jason really respecting school nights, no late night patrols under his watch!

I just noticed that from a few of the posts you have about Jason, you mention the things he has done are based on you? So my question is

Are you Jason?

To be fair we have never been seen in the same room before lol

No but really it’s just I project hard on characters I like and me and Jason are already kinda similar, grew up poor, second born, had a rough relationship with older brother before turning it around. You know what maybe I am him lol

Did Jason in your universe do the whole titans tower thing with Tim? And how would he feel about how it was Alfred who gave Tim the Robin mantle, not Bruce!

In the 'Secrets Out' comic universe I made I would say no Titans Tower attack ever happened, mainly because it requires Jason's identity to not be revealed until Damian is around.

And tbh I don't think it would really matter 'who' gave Tim the Robin mantle. Jason is mad he got replaced at all not who allowed it.

If I'm being honest though I really don't think much about Tim. Not because I hate him but because I don't find him the most compelling. Here's my take, I think Tim is the best Robin out of the 5 but the most boring/plain character imo

I really like your art and saw you had Jason Todd comic recommendations, just wondering if you have any recommendations for the other robins (Dick, Tim, Steph, and Damian) as I don't know if you only read Jason or read comics in general. I'm looking for a list that's any amount long and is considered in the main time line (aka no flash shenanigans).

I've decided to ask some people here since Google has the whole ai thingy and Reddit is full of spoilers and keeps saying how certain comics are bad (even though some are like 20+ years old) so tumblr seems like a nice place to ask. And easier than tik tok or Instagram lol

*cough* *cough* ok maybe I do mostly read Jason comics haha! Luckily for him there's really only one recommendation after his Jaybin years I find necessary and that is Under the Red Hood (specifically the deluxe edition that includes Lost Days)

For Dick read Batman and Robin: Year one it's really good I love it, Dick is my son in that one. I guess read The Long Halloween and Dark Victory before if you want to do it chronologically lol. Then there is Robin: Year one. Then I kinda just bounced around the Teen Titans era but, the Judas Contract is good. You can also read Nightwing: Year one, it's fun but characterization is a little off but whatever its where Dick calls Jason 'Little Wing' for the first and only time in canon so I enjoy it haha! Then I have the two compendiums of Chuck Dixon Nightwing run, I’m still working my way through it but I’ve heard it’s pretty good.

For Tim I’ve really only read his Robin compendium (very good by the way) and am making my way through Knightfall. I don’t have much in the mainline universe for Damian or Steph tbh. I’ve been trying to read semi-chronologically so I haven’t gotten to them yet. At least as Robin, Steph as Spoiler shows up in the Tim drake compendium and is fantastic!

And for just a random recommendation because it’s truly peak, read Absolute Wonder Woman and Absolute Batman! They are so good and definitely the best comics DC is putting out currently!
