very happy with my fitness progress lately, I guess not a lot can happy visually in 3 months of consistency and getting osteoarthritis in my toe at 23 is depressing as hell BUT because I have been working on stretching and building my muscles in my foot/calves my toe arch is coming back??
I haven’t seen my toe arch since I was 18, I seen it in my footprints the other day and I can’t believe it!!
