[ 07.05.18 ] I read an article today about Oxbridge and its' elitism, which was rather disheartening as someone looking to apply to Oxford next year. "Richmond send 8 times as many students to Oxford as Salford, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Blackpool, and Stoke combined." For those of you who don't know, I'm from Middlesbrough and more than half the kids who went to my school and college are on free school meals. I am considered well off because my parents can afford to take us on days out and buy a takeaway every once in a while. My friends have one big chance to break the cycle: university. But how are they meant to do that if places at the best ones are limited to entitled white kids and the token minority? What are your thoughts on this?

Considering that I started quite late , I am quite proud in the amount of work done in preparation for my Biology test tomorrow .
