𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | A new @chicknsours opened in Spitalfields recently and I went down this week to check it out. This place has been one of my favourite restaurants for around 3 years now, and this week confirmed that it’s still up there. Carl and David never fail to impress me, and I love everything that they create. This includes the new Chicken Katsu Curry, I LOVE it. Plus for Christmas they’ve got a lil special of deep fried cheese with a blueberry hoisin sauce. The K-Pop still stands strong, albeit smaller than it started, and the Kung Pao wings give you that sweetness with a kick. But for me the chicken tenders stood out on top of everything this time. That seaweed crack is legit crack. But every time I go to Chick n Sours I find myself saying the same thing; the Szechuan Aubergine is one of the best items on the menu, I can’t get enough of it. Congrats to Carl and David on the new place.
