This is an ask blog for the corruption trilogy AUs!!
Okay, to give a quick explanation of these three:
Cosmic Commander Ninten/Corrupted!Ninten comes from an alternate universe where he has surrendered to Giegue out of panic, on the conditions his family and friends are safe. They now currently live in a pocket dimension Giegue created for them. Giegue has taken Ninten under his wing to help with universal destruction.

Mental State: Completely conscious, somewhat emotionally dissociated. His original personality has gone dormant
AU title: Command of Giegue
Protags of AU: Teddy, Anna, Lloyd
Corrupted!Ness comes from an alternate universe where he is in a severe state of mushroomization, making him more vulnerable to Giygas's influence through the Mani Mani statues. The mushrooms are growing in the crevices of his brain. The only visible mushroom is growing out of his right pupil.

Mental State: Impulsive, disconnected from reality, but personality is still somewhat intact for the time being.
AU title: Mani Mani MadNess
Protags of AU: Paula, Jeff, Poo, (temporarily) Ness (from protag to antag)
King Lucas/ Corrupted!Lucas is from an alternate timeline where he is the new ruler of the Nowhere Islands. After pulling the final needle did NOT awaken the dark dragon, Lucas took his destiny into his own hands. He rules his nation with an iron fist, and keeping his many many secrets under lock and key.
Mental State: Hostile, some of his personality is still there, warped perspective, severely sleep deprived (has been using the revive machine to re-energize)
AU title: Hail to the King
Protags of AU: Flint, Kumatora, Salsa, and Duster

kinda. in the first comic we see the ender dragon, that was the first vision he received from her. he’s not physically leaving this plane, he’s basically asleep when he sees the dragon. honestly, when DoG attacked the base, Rythian was probably patrolling on the surface. since the attack, apparently he’s had enough visions from the queen that he’s not really bothered by them anymore. we’ll see how long that lasts!
no one actually knows in-universe what the cult’s deal is. sjinergy didn’t hear anything specific enough in their weird chanting and muttering to figure it out.
they’re fine. tawny is fostering Xephos while Mandrew is staying with Miniata, as Tawny’s building only allows her one pet. they just miss their dad.

It’s pretty long, but I recommend you give it a read. (It was posted December 14 2011, which is past where you are in the comic right now.) The idea behind “being tiny makes you see the world slower” is that since they see distances larger (because they are smaller), they should see time as longer as well, to the same proportion (to keep their measurement of c to be the same as an unshrunken observer); a few other stories rely on this idea. (Nora) Hmm, yeah, I really like Hussie’s last explanation about them being forced to make up the lost real-world time! That’s really elegant, and neatly sidesteps all the physics bullshit. (I still maintain that physically shrinking them should have nothing to do with how fast they can go; after all, infinitesimally small neutrinos are subject to, and travel at, the same value c as any other object or particle.) Still, I wish he’d done a bit more lampshade-hanging in-universe to preclude this whole argument.

Headcannon A: Yangs a pretty good cook. She’s not some 5 star chef building fancy fancy versions of meals but she can follow recipes just fine.
Headcannon B: Yang absolutely is aware of Blake’s bad romance/porn book collection and periodically goes through to move/rearrange them just to watch blake flip out wondering *who knows*
Headcannon C: Yang has a special box she keeps keepsakes from Summer in. Its all little things like ribbons Summer would tie her hair in and photo booth pictures because Summer worked *so hard* to make sure Yang didn’t feel replaced/threatened by Ruby and always made a point to introduce Yang as “my daughter” and not step-daughter etc.
Headcannon D: Yang is damn fucking smart and helps her friends with things like physical fitness (workouts/food balances etc) and higher maths.
By not entirely irreplaceable I meant that yams said that Levi feels like his role ended,Erwin isn't there to give him a direction or tell him what to do next,he has no prospects. Then he answer to the same question that Levi might let Armin fill the missing parts in the SC,thusly the effect on him would be that he'd have a new direction for the long run and wouldn't be dangling aimlessly because he's going to have something to look forward doing, a new role to fight for --not just a one kill
When I consider the entirely of what Isayama has written about Levi’s bond with Erwin, I personally do not believe there will be a replacement. Bringing Erwin’s corpse back and burying it was evidence to me that things didn’t end in the attic.
But I’ve always believed that Levi will continue to fight for humanity. If that’s the point you are making in your ask, we are in agreement on that.

Oh my god, that’s fucking amazing!! As awesome as I thought ‘Cascade’ went with its flash, and ‘Descend’ went with its own, the combination of [S] Descend and ‘Cascade’ is... mindblowing. It’s so cool how it can work so well for both flashes! I’m familiar enough with the flashes and songs by now (having watched/listened to them like... dozens of times) that I can basically picture what’s going on in each flash at each point in the music, and so watching them switched around is especially satisfying. Tensei, you are as versatile as you are talented!

Wow, quite a recap. I really enjoy Act 6, but 5.2 was my favorite part of Homestuck for many reasons you described. I just wanted to also agree that you are a top-notch liveblogger and to take all the time you need. We've seen way too many amazing livebloggers burn out trying to get through this comic, and if this fandom has learned anything in the past few years, it's patience. One note I wanted to make: we don't actually know how long Dave was doing stable time loops in the session. We have his "three days" comment, but that was when he was still talking to Terezi. Kanaya stated that frog breeding would take "weeks" of stable time loops, and that seems to have been completed. Also, the number of Daves Jade saw at one time suggests he was quite active. Now, it could have been a busy moment and the frog quest was made easier for Jade, but we just don't know.
Huh, damn. For all we know, Dave might have played out that whole four months that Davesprite supposedly lived out in the doomed timeline...

I think her genkiness is genuine, but it’s also fragile, as we’ve seen when she had to deal with Karkat. But her life definitely is centered around her friends, in multiple ways, to a further extent than any of the other kids. Kanaya doesn’t fit that mold, though. Maybe... Space isn’t about the space between people, but closing that gap and making connections wherever we can. Hmm, I’d never thought of this before, but if I had to pick out the non-Homestuck character that reminds me of Jade the most, it would have to be Luna Lovegood. Whenever I think of Luna (who is so very spacy), I always think of the mural she painted in her room, and that seems like something Jade would do, too.
