Now we're back in the gym we can take advantage of all the machines and add some variety to the program. 😀💪 . .First exercise 💪LEG EXTENSIONS Worked up to a top weight for 20 reps. Then followed up with a massive drop set. I dropped 1 plate and tried to get another 20 reps each drop set for 7 drop sets. Didn't get it each time but that's where I can improve on. . 💪LEG PRESS again worked up to a top weight for 8 reps. Then dropped the weight 50% for an AMRAP. . 💪BB SQUATS Legs are pretty fried now but still wanted to get a decent weight. Was a bit disappointed and could only manage 180kg. Working up to a top set of 180kg for 7. Drop downs were 140 for 10, 100 for 18 Legs. . 💪STEP UPS 7 x 7 step ups working up to a top set of 32kg DBs.
