مری خبر لیتے رہنا میں دل کے بوجھ سے چُور ہوں۔

This Zikr is a treasure from the treasures of Paradise;

لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰه

lā ḥawla wa-lā quwwata ʾillā bi-llāh

According to a Hadith of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, it should be recited 100 times a day as it cleans our sins and removes doubts from our mind.
