We had a full day of release, exchange, and discovery that further solidified the reasons why and how we do the work we do. Thank you to the student organizers and leaders who came ready for action. We look forward to coming back to build on what we started. We’d also like to thank Wade Davis (@wade_davis28) and Aisha Hinds (@appleofhisai) for coming through and dropping so many gems. Wade shared that when we suspend the need to be ‘good people,’ we can find common ground and get to the heart of how we enact and respond to harmful behavior. Aisha talked about the first step in the movement to end sexual violence is coming to the realization that real harm has been done and healing needs to happen. We love you!
