My Dream Girl Journey for August:

I want to get back to reflecting on my goals and dream girl/glow up journey every month (or every quarter). For now we will start for the month of August.

Daily Goals:

Meditate/EFT tapping for at least 10 minutes.

Read for at least 30 minutes (I’m in a little reading slump at the moment, but this should be doable in the meantime.)

Study for at least 1 hour (this is a must since I am in school.)

Study a language for at least 10 minutes.

Exercise for at least 30 minutes. (I just need to move my body. I don’t have to do heavy lifting and Pilates all 7 days of the week.)

Clean for at least 30 minutes.

Wake up no later than 10am.

Robotic affirming in the mirror.

Weekly Goals:

Journal to reflect on how my days and week are going.

Watch a TED Talk or a random course I have saved on Cousera.

Create a moodboard.

Set up weekly spread in bullet journal.

The doodles include some of my prime memories of college from the last two weeks. I tried to include some of my favourite songs of this month in a lil box you see there. The pictures are mostly in relation to stuff from around the campus. It's been a good month.
