Me 2020

I have a permanent vision board on my wall in my home that I created in 2018. It is intended to be a daily reminder of the life I am working toward over the next decade. It’s great, but I want to create a micro-focus that will only assist with the goals I made for the decade. 

So that led me to creating an online vision board on Pinterest for the upcoming year, and I thought I’d share it here on my blog. 

The theme of that 2020 vision board is...

A bit dramatic, but hey, speak it into creation, right?

Here we go -- there’s 10 goals altogether.

1. Level up my freelancing business

2. Live and dress authentically me (seems silly, but again, speaking it into creation)

3. Adopt a cat

4. Save up for a trip to Hawaii (I’m aware I probably won’t go next year, but I at least want to save up for it)

5. Improve my conversational French

6. Get back into hiking

7. Redesign my website (or pay someone else to do it better than I can)

8. Work on my book (again, speaking it into creation)

9. Buy a headboard (finally!)

10. Ride my bike more

The Sunset Challenge…

It’s funny I’ve been spending so much time trying to keep myself busy. Applying to new jobs, looking at new apartments, outdoor adventures, traveling to new places, and seeing friends and family I have not seen in sometime. Kinda like a pre-summer glimpse and with an emphasis on my happiness. On one of my adventures for I had made sure I made time to watch the sunset. And I LOVE a good sunset…
