yeah she acts different but have you considered she was masking in s3 because she wasn‘t comfortable around the others yet? in s4 she‘s mainly around steve, nancy, eddie and the kids. i feel like those characters definitely make her feel safe to be herself and let loose a bit

case in point: robin telling nancy about her issues with social cues right away so she already knows that fact about her, also nancy reassuring her before they enter the creel house, etc
