The guy who scolded Szeth for expressing too much emotion has to rely on third-person narrating his words to show the tone of his voice because it's literally an emotionless monotone. The guy who took an insult that was flung at him at the most humiliating moment of his life and made it his name, wore it as a badge of honor. My most pathetic jerk of a spren who turned into an amazing and supposting companion for Sigzil. He, who recognised he sucked and had the courage to ask for help. The guy who sacrificed himself for his friend and made a point about it being HIS choice, just like Kaladin taught.
