DA4 should have a climb feature. For rogues, it can be used for scaling buildings to breach entry points to help your team. Out in the wild it could be used for ledges and hills. Yes jumping was fun and I was able to access some areas that are not supposed to be accessible (the mount helped too) but seeing the Avaar scale that wall really made me wish there was a climb feature.
When the augur had explained how young mages were trained to the Inquisitor she was silent. The man told how the young talents were bonded to a spirit that suited them so that both may learn and grow. The Avaar did not run from spirits, they embraced them.
Dorian looked around deep into the evenings festivities people danced and sang raucously. The shadows danced on the rock walls of stone bear hold and the drumming thudded in his chest. Grinning to himself he sighed, he noticed something then. Tara was missing, she must have slipped away at some point. This was nothing new to Dorian, the Inquisitor often vanished into the trees. Dorian stood stretching and feeling older than he was. This whole Inquisition ordeal would make him an old man he thought ruefully.
Looking around he headed in the direction he believed she would go. He strode toward the forest on the fringes and followed her logic to where she was. Tara sat alone on a rock with her back turned to him and he approached her slowly. She was bathed in the shadows of a large twisted tree and would have been all but invisible to a passerby but he had tracked her down enough times to know her habits.
"Tara honey," his words froze as he saw her form shaking. Dorian rushed to her side and saw that Tara had her teeth gritted and tears streaming down her face. Dorian knelt in shock at her side, his Tara? crying? she would never cry she was too strong for that. He laid a gentle hand on her leg and she looked at him, "Tara love what is it, what's happened." Dorian feared the worst had Cullen died somehow, perhaps her clan was dead... Tara pulled in a ragged breath and tried to pull herself together, "its, its nothing, I am fine Dorian." Dorian snorted loudly and Tara blinked, "ooh yes darling I come out here to find you silently bawling, and your fine..." Tara smiled ruefully, "I am not unhappy Dorian I am relieved.
Dorians sculpted eyebrow climbed "is the mead that good?" Tara chuckled "no Isa, it was the apprentices that made me happy, they are like me... Dorian realized what that would mean to his spirit bound friend in a rush that nearly knocked the breath from him. The bond that she shared with justice would be unremarkable here. "Oh honey," He lays his head on his sisters leg sharing in her relief. Tara's breath hitches in her chest and he sees fresh tears stream down her face "I ...am ..not a...monster here."
Dorian watched his sister fight with her feelings and stood drawing her seated form against him; "you are not a monster anywhere my dear. not anywhere."
