A tasty change from regular deviled eggs are these Easy Guacamole Deviled Eggs. A tasty and filling snack or appetizer is made with creamy avocado, tangy lime, and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs. 1 ripe avocado. 1 lime, juiced. 2 tablespoons diced red onion. 2 tablespoons diced tomato. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Paprika for garnish.
Instructions: Separate the hard-boiled eggs along the length of the egg and take out the yolks. Mash the avocado and add the lime juice to a bowl. Mix the avocado and lime juice together until the mixture is smooth. Cut up the tomato, red onion, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and add them to the avocado. Combine well. Fill the egg white halves with the guacamole mixture, making a nice mound in each. Add paprika to the tops of the deviled eggs to make them look nice.
