Like, not only do they aesthetically match with each other in design, combat style and even bursts, but their characters complement each other so well. Heck, THEY HAVE THE GOOD OL' TRAVELER/RECLUSE DYNAMIC LIKE WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE

Here's a brand new random challenge shortfic for you all to enjoy! The challenge this time was Amnesia, and the random ship was Kazuha and Ayato!

First of all, I’m the shipping anon and that was my ask- I’m really glad you got it! The answers were pretty cute, too :3c I have another question, for those same pairings (MinAkita, MiyuNami, AyaKazu, CassiHaya, And AtsuYasu- Shortened for convenience, sorry), if that’s okay? If it is, it’s as follows: Which pairings would be good parents, and why or why not? What would they name their children?

MinAkita: Oh dear lord.

Akita has never been good with kids even though she has her moments. Minato is always getting lost. With the involvement of the Committee, Akita would always be busy and is more focused on making sure Minato doesn’t accidentally kill themself.

Their kid would be so, so screwed and have to learn how to take care of themselves. I feel like there would only be one since they really can’t handle more than that number. Their name would be Ayaki Ueda whether not they are a girl or boy.

More about Ayaki, he (since I like them more as a male) (by the way, this is when he is a teenager) is adopted from the Committee because they didn’t want them to be a part of the human trafficking. He has long purple hair that is kept clean and tied with a black ribbon given to him by Minato. His eyes are yellow and his skin pale. Ayaki wears black dress pants with a collared white long-sleeved shirt. Akita has given him her old gloves. 

Ayaki (none of these kids will be the most developed since I literally just came up with them) is a formal, serious child who was mostly raised by other family members, mostly his aunts and uncle. He still has a nice side, however, and always help others even though he is quite the stick in the mud. A sense of humor is something Ayaki doesn’t have. He also knows how to take care of himself and is quite responsible.

MiyuNami (I love this ship btw): Being a part of the mom squad, Miyuki and Namita make good parents, even though they will be on the stricter side. Miyuki would be extremely overprotective of her child and Namita is definitely the one that is forced to do the punishments. Although, no matter what, they will love their children and stick by their side until the very end.

I feel like they would adopt another girl because of spoiler reasons. Delving more comes with the obvious spoilers. SPOILERS. Because…reasons.

AyaKazu: Although Ayano and Kazuhiko won’t be the best parents in the world, they will try. The Committee will make it rough for them but they will try. It doesn’t help that the two of them have very long jobs that don’t allow for the most amount of free time in the world. They will make sure that their child(ren) will be taken care of and Shiro will babysit as much as he can. Shiro is also a busy man, but he makes sure that he is there for Ayano and Kazuhiko when they need him the most.

I feel like Ayano and Kazuhiko would have a twin boy and girl. Their names would be Minobu and Shinga Nishiki (since Kamukura and Hiraoka are out of the question). They will be each other’s best friend. Both of them are on the tanner side like Kazuhiko but have lighter skin than him. Shinga is blonde while Minobu is brunette. They share the same eye color of brown. Minobu is taller than Shinga.

Minobu is a girly girl who is a social butterfly. She loves hearing the sound of her own voice and sometimes pushes on people too hard. Though she can become scary when her brother is threatened since she is the older one, being born a couple of minutes before Shinga. Shinga gets annoyed by this but Minobu does not. They may be close to each other but they still get on each other’s nerves. She also has a great interest in music thanks to Shiro but is actually horrible at it. Shiro tells her this but that does not stop Minobu.

Minobu wears a short pink skirt that has cute little rabbit symbols at the rim. She has on a white tank top that is put under a pink jean jacket. Her hair is crazy and wild with all kind of decorations. A massive amount of makeup is all over her face. On her person, Minobu always wears an over the shoulder bag filled to the brim with all different kind of girly things.

Shinga, however, is more on the shy side and has developed a love of all things computer. He’s also the only person in the family who is artistic. He gets annoyed with others too easily and can be passive-aggressive at times. Shinga is also co-dependent on his sister, which leads him to be stressed at school where they are separated a lot. Although Shinga doesn’t get bullied, he is ignored by his classmates for being a ‘weird’ kid. Minobu has decent grades, but Shinga is always on the top of his class even though he is bored of them and doesn’t pay attention.

Shinga always has bags under his eyes since he doesn’t sleep that well. He does take good care of himself physically, but that is mostly because Minobu is his sister. His shirt is dark blue and doesn’t have a design with a black hoodie over it that always covers his head (how he doesn’t have hat hair is anybody’s guess). There are holes in his jeans but it is more for aesthetic purposes. I guess he is what you would call emo. :P He learned from Ayano truly. Teach your emoness, Ayano, and make it spread. 

(he also has an over-the-shoulder bag like Minobu that carries his computer and art supplies that is just dark blue with one charm of an anime character)

CassiHaya: Cassius and Hayato will actually be quite good parents I believe, although Cassius would be the annoying dad. Hayato is there to ground him. Since Cassius has such a heavy focus on family, he will spoil their child while teaching them all about the family trade. This child will hate jewelry, but Cassius will still try dammit. However, Hayato is the more laid back father, even though he cares equally for the child. Going more into why I think Hayato would be a good father would be spoilers. 

I believe these two will have a lot more children mostly because they can afford it. Both of them are rich and are big family people. Cassius is very focused on continuing the Jacobson family tree. He views children he adopts just as much a part of the Jacobson family as his own. I do think Cassius would have a previous marriage in this AU, possibly to Kira or somebody random, and had a child with this woman. I shall call her Aurora Jacobson. She may be the true heir of the family because she is the oldest, but she feels like the title is more deserved by somebody else.

(and CassiHaya still have their smuggling business, but none of their kids know about it)

(because of their ties to the Committee because of their smuggling, they also adopt children from them because fuck the Committee)

The first child is a boy named Jayvyn who was adopted from somewhere in Africa (they don’t know, and since the Committee has screwed over Africa again, nobody knows where anything is at because the Committee is still evil pricks). He has darker skin with dark brown eyes and air. He has a half-shaved head and has a lot of piercings. Like Shinga, Jayvyn is going through an emo phase. I feel like the two would like each other if they were ever to meet. Jayvyn is also a tall boy, measuring in at about six feet.

Jayvyn Jacobson likes being fashionable. He is a proud crossdresser and uses his looks to pull off his outfits (he is super pretty, goddamn, he is fashion goals). Jayvyn wears a black lace dress with long sleeves that act as pseudo gloves. On his feet, Jayvyn wears black long-heeled boots that go all the way to his knees. His fingers are painted with black nail polish, as his nails but nobody can see that. He also wears a heavy amount of makeup. Jayvyn’s lips are painted red and his eyes are smoky. Yes, his parents are supportive of his cross-dressing, even though Cassius took some convincing. (luckily, Jayvyn had the Ultimate Salesperson on his side)

Although Jayvyn wears a lot of jewelry, he hates the art of jewelry making because of Cassius. He has a complicated relationship with Cassius. He may be going through a rebellious phrase but he still loves his parents and siblings. Jayvyn is an open and caring person who supports people through thick and thin once they break down his walls. Unlike Ayaki, Jayvyn suffered at the hands of the Committee and suffers from PTSD. Jayvyn was used for slave work, especially because he grew up quickly and has a strong, tall body. Yeah, the Committee uses slaves. Why? Because its the Committee.

On another note, the next child, Chiara Jacobson, is a little too devoted to the jewelry business. Chiara is of Italian origins. Italy has only just recently got taken over by the Committee (and, if you want to know, if the Committee didn’t ruin everything, Jayvyn would have been born in South Africa). She has long black hair that is put up in a clean bun (by Jayvyn since he is the fashion master). Her eyes are hazel and her skin tanned by the amount of time she spent in the sun during her time in the Committee. Like Jayvyn, she remembers her slavery in the Committee, and, because she was the heir of one of the rebel groups in Italy, Chiara was often tortured and made an example of. Both Jayvyn and Chiara have many scars and PTSD (making the two of them very close because they understand each other even with their different thoughts about the business).

Chiara wears a boring, grey business suit at all times. Jayvyn tries to spice it up but fails. She also wears a heavy amount of jewelry and makeup. Unlike Jayvyn, she has it on the lighter side, having more muted colors. She also has high heels that Jayvyn taught her how to correctly walk in. 

Chiara is a very no-nonsense person. Although she is able to lighten up at times, this is mostly just around her family, and especially Jayvyn. She is obsessed with the Jacobson business, to the point that it is beyond unhealthy. The only reason Jayvyn still helps around is to make sure Chiara doesn’t keel over. She, like Jayvyn, is very protective of her family.

Last but not least, Kohaku Jacobson, who was born female but identifies as nonbinary (join with Yasu and Minato, Kohaku, and be proud). They are of Japanese origins and, unlike Jayvyn and Chiara, were adopted before they experienced the worse of the Committee. They have short dark brown hair with black eyes and pale skin. All of Kohaku’s family members are tall, but she is the only one that is under five feet, coming at four feet and eleven inches. Kohaku, Jayvyn, and Chiara both now their respected first languages and regularly use them inside their house to spite the Committee. They might have not been tortured, but Kohaku still has a burning hate for the Committee.

Kohaku is dressed up in a nice suit, which Jayvyn makes sure isn’t plain like Chiara’s. It is sharp and fits their body quite well. Like their brother and sister, Kohaku wears a lot of jewelry and makeup. They follow in Chiara’s footsteps and have a more muted color scheme (if you need to know, Jayvyn is seventeen, Chiara is fifteen, and Kohaku is thirteen). Jayvyn gave them a rose hair clip for their tenth birthday and they have worn it in their hair ever since.

Being the youngest child, Kohaku is quite naive and believes what others tell them easily. However, Kohaku is learning the worse from Hayato and using their words to get others to do what they want. The only person this doesn’t work on is Hayato. Kohaku is quite childish and immature but has a great passion for what they do and how they express themselves. They will always support their brother and sister, no matter what they do. Even if they for some reason join the Committee, Kohaku will follow after them. (Kohaku is the possible heir for the smuggling business too, considering they are the one who would have the less amount of problems doing something like that)

AtsuYasu: THEY WOULD BE AMAZING PARENTS! Also, they would live on a bunny farm, where they would raise bunnies. D-do I even have to explain why these two would be amazing? Especially together!? NO! BECAUSE THIS IS ADORABLE AND THEY HAVE A BUNNY FARM! A BUNNY FARM! I mean, they’re still on the run, but they run with their bunnies and are heartbroken if they have to leave any of them behind.

Atsuto and Yasu would have one child that they adopt named Hiroko Togami. She is not officially adopted but whatever. Hiroko was left on the streets as a baby and left to die. Yasu tried to find her parents, but, when they did, the parents almost killed the child. That is when the both of them decided that they would take the child for their own.

Hiroko is a pretty girl who fits the stereotypical definiton of beauty quite well. Hiroko has naturally black hair but dyes it red (which takes forever but Hiroko doesn’t care). She has black eyes that have a small amount of black eyeliner applied to them. Her hair is fairly long, reaching to almost her butt. She is fairly average height, being five feet and six inches, and is curvy as well. If she went to school, she would be the girl that other boys obsessed over. (Hiroko is homeschooled btw since, you know, on the run)

She has a fairly average outfit. Blue jeans with a tiny amount of ripping with a white tank top. Hiroko spends a lot of time with bunnies and running, so she can’t really spend too much time on her outfit. Since she spends all that time with her face and hair. Hiroko also has a small tattoo of a butterfly on her ankle that nobody knows how it got there except for Hiroko. She was in serious trouble with her parents for that one.

Hiroko is somebody who goes with the flow but still gets stressed out easily. She loves animals as well considering BUNNY FARM. Because of the lack of interaction with people that aren’t Atsuto or Yasu, Hiroko is quite socially awkward and lonely. Atsuto and Yasu are currently trying to find their way into Vietnam or any other place not conquered by the Committee so Hiroko can finally live a normal life with people around her own age.

(By the way, Ayaki is seventeen, Minobu and Shinga fourteen, Aurora twenty, and Hiroko is sixteen)
