Got home late tonight so I’m keeping it short
Day 46: After finishing my shelf exam, packing my winter clothes, and cleaning my apartment (well, sort of), I headed home to visit my family for the weekend. I got to spend time with my sister and 9-month-old ADORABLE niece, and after a night of movies and pizza, I did yet another core workout from @backonpointe. I'm pretty sure my mom thought I was breaking through the floor of my room into the kitchen during that last set of burpees. haha
Monday afternoon workout
Saw a photo post on a friend’s Facebook wall this morning that was apparently taken from backonpointe.tumblr.com for a workout titled “Monday” and I decided I would do it today to kill my case of the Mondays...
-100 jumping jacks -50 crunches -20 tricep dips -15 squats -20 lunges (each leg) -70 russian twists -20 standing calf raises -5 pushups -30 sec plank -10 lunge split jumps I decided before starting that I was going to do two rounds.
Total time: 27:11
It worked! Time for a protein shake with peanut butter...my favorite treat!
