I’m not super happy with this run. My heart rate got way too high way too fast which made me feel like trash afterwards, and my shoes are now at their limit so my feet were hurting so sad.

Diamond Block Man terrorizes Local Muffin Man.
This was such a terrible run 😅
I was tired after 6 hours of sleep, it was searing hot, and I was out of breath after 2 minutes.
Bad runs are very important because on those days, you fight with yourself. Bad runs teach you to be more humble - you have to silence your ego and tell yourself that even though you'd love to run faster than the wind and even though you could push yourself to do so, you honour your body and your inner voice that tells you: "we will do better tomorrow" and, therefore, you slow down and accept the fact that your body needs to be treated gently for once.
I don’t really want to talk too much about this run. Basically it sucked. I got too cold and my right hip started to hurt. I called it at 11. Only 1 mile from my 12 I was suppose to do. 😔
Oh well I still got 11 miles in, so there’s that.
You know, the made-up fic title game is how I gained like 4+ new AUs =) SO! Title: "Lost in Shadows and Dreams"
That is entirely fair. And also probably going to happen to me. I know myself and my flaws. I make no excuses. XD I’m planning on answering these in blurbs and notes SO:“Lost in Shadows and Dreams”Tsuna gasped wetly, pushing himself out of the grasping shadows.
He hated this world. Hated his situation. World Hopping was not his idea of fun- not like this. Never like this.
Tsuna snarled, rolling away from the shadows that continued to reachreachreach for him, clawing at his arms and legs, at his sides and face, at anything they could get a hold of.
Demons were supposed to be a myth.
Notes:-Tsuna runs afoul of Byakuran’s Mare Ring and Ten Year Bazooka. Mixed with the Vongola Sky Ring? Will that’s a combination of artifacts that ‘pass from generation to generation’, ‘peer through the worlds’ AND ‘travel through space and time’. The end result is World Hopping Tsuna
-Only Tsuna is stuck hopping from Bad World to Bad World, and he can’t find his way out. All he can do is survive and hope
But hope is a dangerous thing, sometimes the most powerful of forces, and others a fickle feeble candle flickering in the wind.
And Tsuna is so tired.
-By the time Tsuna gets back to HIS world, he’s got scars- physical and mental both- and his family has to help put him back together.
-Tsuna is more prone to violence now- having needed to REACT or DIE in so many wartorn worlds, and those instincts are still really close to the surface
-Reborn and the Varia are a blessing here, as they help him cope and restrain those lethal instincts he now has.
-Byakuran has the ability to ‘peer’ into parallel worlds yes? So with a bit of help from the Geek Squad, the entire group gets to watch Tsuna jump world to world, bad situation to bad situation and know what he went through, which can only help them to help HIM
Blaaah
I hate having a bad run. I was doing great till a little over half way through I got super nauseated. I honestly felt like I was going to throw up. Then I got dizzy. I just slowed way down and kept running but it killed my pace.
I ended up being fine and didn't get sick. But I guess I learned my lesson about running after a rich dinner and a glass of wine (I mean, I waited like 2-3 hours!! I should have been fine!!!).
Last nights run was so bad I forgot to record it. I got half way round my five km run and need to go. My poor ol body clock is still not back on NZ time post holiday. Whew hope it sorts itself soon!
